HERE'S A GENERAL LIST OF WHAT WE DO WHEN WE CLEAN YOUR OFFICE:
 
TRASH
All trash receptacles will be emptied and trash removed to a collection point.
All trash cans will have liners; they will be replaced or wiped as needed.
All trash cans will be put back in their proper places.

DUSTING & DETAILING
All ashtrays will be emptied and wiped clean.
All desks will be dusted.
All telephones will be dusted with lint-free cloths.
All horizontal surfaces will be dusted; cabinets, tables, shelves, chairs, chair legs, window sills, and coat racks.
Special attention will be given to copier areas, paper shredders, and fax machines.
All water fountains will be wiped and polished.
Coffee stations and vending areas will be cleaned; stains will be removed.
All entry door glass will be cleaned.
All entrance ways will be cleaned.
Special attention will be given to all corners and areas where cobwebs accumulate.

VACUUMING
All suites will be vacuumed thoroughly (in accessible areas).
Hallways and common areas will be vacuumed; including entrance mats.
Carpet areas with high concentrations of staples will be maintained.
All rubber bands, paper clips and floor scraps will be discarded.

FLOORS
All hard surface floors will be thoroughly dust mopped, mopped and disinfected (including all corners and moldings).
All steps, landings and fire exists will be swept.

WASHROOMS
Washrooms will be completely cleaned on every cleaning visit.
We will stock and clean all soap and towel dispensers.
We will clean and polish all mirrors.
All sinks and chrome detailing will be cleaned and disinfected.
Each toilet stall will be supplied with toilet paper.
Toilets and urinals will be scrubbed with brushes, using basin cleaner and will be completely wiped clean on the exterior.
We will empty and disinfect sanitary receptacles.
All walls will be cleaned around sinks and dispensers.
All washroom floors will be dust mopped, mopped and disinfected.
All stall partitions will be wiped and marks, scuffs, etc., removed.

MONTHLY
All upholstered furniture will be brushed clean.
All telephone will be cleaned and disinfected.
All "high areas" will be thoroughly dusted (i.e. paintings, bookshelves)
Glass partitions in offices/suites will be cleaned.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES UPON REQUEST:
-Window and blind cleaning.
-Floor care: stripping, scrubbing, waxing and buffing (all types of floors).
